Black & Decker GT300 Home Cafe Single Serve Pod Brewer

I first received one of these Black & Decker GT300 coffee makers as a Christmas gift and I loved it.  I loved only brewing one cup at a time and I loved the taste.  However within 6 months it had broken, completely.  It would not run the water or heat up.   I was bummed, but figured I got a bad machine.  I went out and bought another.  That one lasted almost a year then it died.  For about $50 I would expect the appliance to last longer- at least a couple of years.  I will not buy another and I advise others to pass this up.

Thanks for letting us know about this. I am thinking of getting a single serve coffee maker and was looking at this one. I’ll cross it off my list now.

We got one of these after purchasing a Senseo that almost immediately started leaking. This worked pretty good until we moved last and had sense then been stuck on a shelf and not used.
